    Steve Blair is the Best beyond Best! When he builds he is on the job making sure his crew is on top of the task at hand! A very persise builder and if there is a problem with the plans he will address it with the homeowner! I can't say enough about Steve and his workers.     Although I have not had Steve build anything specifically for me, I have worked with him on numerous occasions as a contractor for some of my residential designs. I can assure u he is a top notch contractor who pays attention to detail and gets the job done right. I would highly recommend his company for any construction work, especially custom work.     We used Blair Construction to install built in bookcases/cabinets/drawers for our home office. Steve was great to work with. We worked through several different versions of the design with him before we finalized it. We checked out their workshop in person which was helpful to see the quality of their products and how everything comes together. We could not be happier with the end product. Steve’s attention to detail really enhanced our experience, as he matched our existing crown molding perfectly, and even mounted some of our electronic devices inside a cabinet to free up drawer space.
